The Board of Directors have the overall responsibility of ensuring the viability of ReCAS. The Board works hand-in-hand with the "University" College Council to ensure that the vision and mission of ReCAS are well communicated to Management and that the needed resources are made available for everyday business of the University College as stipulated in the five year corporate strategic plan.

Rosemond Owiah is a young biologist from the Western Region. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Applied Biology from University for Development Studies, Navrongo. She had her National Service in Perseus Mining Ghana Limited where she served as a Laboratory Assistant and a Monitoring Officer. She also has experience in Clinical Laboratory.
Currently she is the Laboratory Technician of Regentropfen College of Applied Science and also a Biology tutor at the Regentropfeb SHS
The vision of Regentropfen College of Applied Sciences is to be an international reputable tertiary institution notable for excellence in scientific research as well as training of technical and professional man-power. ReCAS has set up a Laboratory with an Atomic Absorption Spectrophometer (AAS Agilent 240) which can be used for testing samples from mining companies, water, soil, plants, animals and research purposes.
George Agana Akuriba is an agribusiness professional with great expertise in entrepreneurship, business development and planning, agricultural project evaluation, agricultural marketing and research. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana and an MPhil in Agribusiness at the University of Ghana, Legon, Ghana. He did his national service at the Department of Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness and Extension, KNUST as a Teaching and Research Assistant. Akuriba currently lectures at the Agriculture for Social Change Department of Regentropfen College of Applied Sciences (ReCAS), Kansoe, Namoo. He also doubles as an Assistant Manager in charge of ReCAS Enterprise Promotion Unit (EPU). He teaches Economics at the Regentropfen Senior High school (ReSHS) as well.
As Regentropfen College of Applied Sciences seeks to train a new generation of scientific researchers, engineers and entrepreneurial leaders through its well-structured programmes and courses enriched with practical application of theories and entrepreneurship skills, Akuriba comprehends that, it is a scarce privilege for any student to study in ReCAS. As such both Ghanaian and international students are recommended to seize the opportunity to study in ReCAS so as to brighten their future.
Asulba Barikisu Ahmed is a young female native from Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region of Ghana but currently resides in Tamale. She had her basic education in Navrongo and Secondary education in Bolgatanga Senior High School. With her love for Mathematics and Science she proceeded to Tarkwa to study Electrical/Electronic Engineering in 2008. In 2012 she graduated with a first class honors with BSc Electrical/Electronic Engineering. With so much passion about solving the Worlds environmental Pollution issues and reducing global warming she believed Technology would improve the environmental issues that motivated her to pursue M.Sc in Computer Science at the African University of Science and Technology. She wants to come out with something revolutionary that will make life better and easier both in environment or Agriculture She is not only into Science but has also taking a short course with MDF West Africa and is equipped with knowledge in using Inclusive Business Acceleration toolkit as a business Advisor.
Asulba Barikisu Ahmed joined Regentropfen College of Applied Science (ReCAS) in February 2018 to gain some professional experience. ReCAS is a young private University College located in Kansoe in the Namoo traditional area of Bongo district of the Upper East Region. It strives to educate and Nurture Young Talents and Problem-solving Students for the development of the West African Sub-region. She is Assistant Librarian in charge of E-library, the head of ICT Unit, a lecturer in the computer science department and a supporting staff to the Assistant Registrar in charge of Business Development and Industrial Relations.
Osman Illiasu holds a Master Degree in Crop Science and Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Technology (Agronomy Option) from the University for Development Studies, Tamale.
Osman Illiasu has worked as a Research-fellow at Data Development Research (DDR) in Tamale. He also taught General Agriculture and Animal Husbandry at Jinji Remedial and Vacation Classes in Tamale. Mr. Illiasu undertook Part-Time Lecturership at Anglican University College of Technology in Nkoranza, where he lectured Insect Ecology and Applied Entomology, Basic Plant Pathology and Plant Pathology.
Currently, he is an assistant Lecturer at Regentropfen College of Applied Sciences (ReCAS), Kansoe in the department of Agriculture for Social Change. Mr. Illiasu is also the head of Agriculture Science Department at Regentropfen Senior High School and is at the same time the administrator the Directorate for Academic Planning and Quality Assurance.
Regentropfen College of Applied Sciences (ReCAS) is an international Christian-based tertiary institution created out of the need to offer quality higher education in an “educational desert” with the focus of man-power capacity building for good governance and leadership of the West African Sub-Region. It is located at Kansoe opposite Namoo Primary A in the Bongo District of the Upper East Region.
Damian Felladam Tangonyire holds an MPhil. in Silviculture and Forest Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a BSc in Renewable Natural Resources from University for Development Studies.
He is a tutor in the Agriculture for Social Change Department at the Regentropfen College of Applied Sciences (ReCAS), Kansoe. Mr. Tangonyire lectures Environmental impact assessment and evaluation methods, introduction to animal production and integrated science for basic school teachers I. He is also in charge of all afforestation projects of ReCAS and the Regentropfen family. Mr. Tangonyire also teaches General Agriculture and Chemistry at the Regentropfen Senior High School.
Governance and climate change mitigation are his special research areas. He also has a interest in the establishment of tree nurseries and plantations as a way of mitigating climate change and alleviating poverty.
Charles Bugre has over 7 years of experience in library management/ information management. He is bilingual in French and English. His area of interest includes e-libraries, database management systems and web technologies. He is a member of Ghana Library Association
Mr. Bugre is the Acting Librarian in the Trinity Library of ReCAS.
Wilbert A. Napuo has a professional certificate in Carpentry and Joinery from the National Vocational Training Institute.
He works as the carpenter for the Regentropfen College of Applied Sciences under the Facility Management and Procurement Department.
