The ReCAS Administration


The Board of Directors have the overall responsibility of ensuring the viability of ReCAS. The Board works hand-in-hand with the "University" College Council to ensure that the vision and mission of ReCAS are well communicated to Management and that the needed resources are made available for everyday business of the University College as stipulated in the five year corporate strategic plan.

Research Interest areas:    Post-harvest and Food Microbiology, microbial food safety, mycotoxins, post harvest storage of Agric produce and biological control of post harvest diseases of fruits and vegetables that can be tapped to enhance the well-being of people.
